Me and B, B and B, we are very glad that you reading this text about us. We are truly crazy happy about it! We are two blond girls, like twins, but actually we are not. We both like to dance, sing, travel and spread love all over the world. Feel free to meet B&B!
B&B characters were born in the summertime of 2015 in Blank canvas residency Cork town, Ireland. Two Lithuanian choreographers and performers - Greta Grineviciute and Agniete Lisickinaite created these two characters as politically active artistic figures who reflect on environment expressing their feelings, opinions and social encounters. Moreover, they are active media figures constantly questioning the need and purpose of fame and popularity. B&B already has visited Firkin dance center in Ireland; Vermont Performance Lab in USA; Tanz Litauen festival in Germany; Vides Deja festival in Latvia; New Baltic dance festival in Lithuania; MASH dance center in Jerusalem, Israel; FreeForArts festival in Manchester, UK.

When Agniete and Greta came up with the idea of a new dance piece they invited two girls: B&B. For what? Why? Research – they say. But maybe B&B have started to take a much more significant place in this oeuvre? And isn’t it dishonest to use such innocent creatures for one’s purpose? Who are B&B really? ...and here B&B comes to the theatre... Young dancers and choreographers A. Lisickinaite and G. Grineviciute presents their first joint production. After long research and gaming process with B&B girls, the two artists go to the stage not only to talk about something that can be important to every young woman, a creator, a pupil, striving to become independent, but to finally reveal what is it in todays’ theatre and life itself that prevents us from being true.

This is a story about two Blond girls who were looking for American Dream in United States of America. (True story). Does it really exist the country were all of your dreams can come true?
And how big your dream should be that You could call it “dream of your life”? Some people are fantasizing about new Bugatti, others about freedom, but what if things we are dreaming about are much closer than we think? Maybe it is hiding in the area
close to your home or in the shopping mall were you run your daily errands? Or it might be that you already are living your dream without realizing that.

HISTORICAL WALK WITH B&B 60min
Who creates history? We are used to hearing news on TV or radio, reading historic books, admiring or getting shocked by well known facts. But what if we take surroundings we find ourselves in and create our own history? Does it effect the moment of present?
B&B created historical walk around Vilnius, where they invited all Vilnius citizens and guests for a trip around famous SPOTS of Vilnius and suggested to take a look at our history from different point of view.
This piece is adaptable for other cities and countries.
